--This weekend is like the calm before the storm, as WWE has seven hours of live television over the period from tomorrow through Tuesday. In March, Friday will become the biggest night of the week with Smackdown, UFC and Bellator events every week for the next several months. UFC on FX and Smackdown go head-to-head on 3/2, and then 3/9 is the Bellator season premiere, a two-hour debut of Ultimate Fighter with fights to get into the house, as well as Smackdown leading to WrestleMania.
--C.M. Punk is now clean shaven. He was on Good Morning Milwaukee today promoting tomorrow's Elimination Chamber show and said that he decided when he got home from the last long tour on Tuesday to shave it all off.
--There are still tickets available for Milwaukee but it is expected to be full tomorrow.
--Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia (Johnson's ex-wife and business partner on a number of ventures) are listed as executive producers of a documentary called "Racing Dreams" that will air on PBS on Thursday night at 9 p.m. head-to-head with Impact. It chronicles a year in the life of three aspiring NASCAR drivers who race in the World Karting Associations's Pavement Series. The film won Best Documentary awards at a number of film festivals including Tribeca.
--Harley Race appeared at the FCW show on Thursday night in Tampa. He isn't moving well as he was unable to get into the ring to speak to the audience. He talked about the importance of Tampa as a city in wrestling history and thanked the city for supporting him during his career.
--John Laurinaitis on twitter today wrote he had a huge game-changing announcement for tomorrow's PPV. I think that's the 32nd time this has been done since WCW did it in 2000, usually by TNA, in an attempt to garner last minute buys. If this works to that degree, well, it will be the first time.

--Chuck Langerman's daily wrestling trivia concerns Tim Sylvia, who has actually only had a handful of pro wrestling matches in his career. Sylvia, a former UFC heavyweight champion, graduated from Ellsworth High School in Ellsworth, Maine, hence the nickname "Maine-iac." He said he was in a lot of fights as a kid, but he was the one, despite his size, usually getting beaten up. "I was a geek in high school. I wasn't just picked on. I was beaten up often. I even had to go to the hospital one time after losing a fight." Sylvia turned things around after going out for wrestling.
